What is Underground By ISY?
Underground by ISY is an Australian-based online store and curated platform featuring independent Asian fashion designers.
We introduce emerging and established brands into the Australian market through a considered retail and storytelling approach.
Is Underground by ISY a marketplace?
No. Every brand on the platform is hand-selected. Products are either stocked locally in Australia or released through structured brand partnerships. Nothing lists itself here.
What brands do you stock?
A curated selection of Asian fashion brands, including designers from Vietnam and across the region.
Each brand is chosen for its unique design, craftsmanship, and point of view.
Products & Availability
Are your items authentic?
Yes. All products are sourced directly from the brands and designers we work with.
Are items in stock in Australia?
Yes. Most items are held in our Australian warehouse, allowing for faster delivery.
Some limited releases may be available as pre-order, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Do you quality check your products?
Yes. All products go through a quality control process before being shipped from our Australian warehouse.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse.
How long does shipping take in Australia?
Standard shipping within Australia takes approximately 2–8 business days.
Express shipping takes approximately 1–4 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Australia only for now. Follow @undergroundbyisy on Instagram to be the first to know when that changes.
Orders & Tracking
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly from our Australian warehouse.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at connect@undergroundbyisy.com.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
What happens if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review and resolve this as quickly as possible.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on eligible full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.
How do I start a return?
Email us at connect@undergroundbyisy.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Due to limited stock, we recommend placing a new order for your preferred item and returning the original to avoid missing out.
Are sale items eligible for return?
Sale and promotional items are final sale unless faulty, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
What items are not eligible for return?
• Sale or clearance items
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original tags
How are refunds processed?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once done.
Fit & Sizing
How do I find the right size?
Please refer to our size guides carefully before purchasing. Many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities, so returns for sizing or fit preferences may not always be accepted. If you need help choosing before you order, reach out, our team is happy to assist.

Yes. We work directly with designers and brand founders to ensure their collections are properly represented and introduced to the Australian market.
